Day 1: Gradara
Pickup guest at Rome airport, direction Gradara. Our guide will wait for us that will show us the charm of the Malatestian village and Rocca, where history combines with literature, witness of the love history between Paul and Francesca told by Dante in the Divine Comedy. Overnight stay at Gradara.
Day 2: Urbino
Breakfast in the hotel and departure from gradara with Urbino destination. This city was one of the most important centers of the Italian Renaissance, whose historical center has been a Unesco Humanity Heritage since 1998. Guided tour in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at Gradara.
Day 3: Loreto-Recanati
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to Loreto. In Loreto, the Sanctuary of the Holy House is found, the true fulcrum of world religious tourism. Departure to Ascoli Piceno, known as the “city of 100 towers” and “the travertine city”, ascoli piceno owns one of the most beautiful italian squares. Home of olives all’ascolana, ascoli hosts one of the most famous historical coffee in italy, where we could also taste the famous anisetta “Meletti”. Free Dinner in the center. Day 5: Ascoli Piceno
Breakfast in the hotel and guided tour of Ascoli Piceno city centre: you will visit Palazzo dei Capitani and the beautiful Piazza del Popolo with San Francesco Church and his “Chiostro”, Ventidio Basso Theatre, Piazza Arringo and Sant’Emidio Cathedral (where you can find the spectacular “Polittico di Sant’Emidio“, crafted by one of the main Italian Artist, Carlo Crivelli, with the nearest Battistero of Sant’Emidio. The visit will continue to the ancient Ponte Romano, Lavatoio and one of the most beautiful heritage of the city: Sant’Emidio alle Grotte temple. Returning to the city centre, you could take a typical lunch at a local “trattoria”. In the afternoon, visit of Forte Malatesta and free time to enjoy the city. Special dining in the historical Cafe’ Meletti. Overnight stay at ascoli piceno.
Day 6: Departure
